Production Lead Times
Please note that all orders require a production period before shipping. Estimated production times are as follows:

Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your business needs:
- Standard Shipping (Sea Freight) — Most cost-effective option for large bulk orders. Typical transit time: 20 – 40 business days depending on destination.
- Express Shipping (Air Freight) — Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders. Typical transit time: 5 – 10 business days depending on destination.
- Courier Service (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — Available for samples and smaller shipments. Typical transit time: 3 – 7 business days.
Overseas Warehouse Fulfillment (FBA & Third-Party Warehouses)
One of our key services is direct-to-warehouse delivery. We can ship your finished products directly to your designated fulfillment center, including:
- Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses across the United States
- Third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses
- Private warehouses or distribution centers
What We Handle for You:
- Product labeling (FNSKU labels, carton labels) per Amazon FBA requirements
- Packaging in compliance with warehouse receiving standards
- Palletization and carton packing as required
- Shipping documentation and customs clearance coordination
- Delivery appointment scheduling (when applicable)
What You Need to Provide:
- Accurate warehouse address and delivery instructions
- FNSKU labels or product barcode files (for Amazon FBA shipments)
- Amazon shipment ID and reference numbers
- Any specific receiving requirements from your warehouse
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on several factors:
- Order volume and weight
- Shipping method selected
- Destination address
- Special packaging or labeling requirements
Shipping costs will be calculated and included in your order quotation. For large or recurring orders, we offer competitive negotiated shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with:
- Tracking number(s) for all shipments
- Carrier information and tracking links
- Estimated delivery date
- Bill of Lading (for sea freight shipments)

Customs and Import Duties

Delivery Issues
